Three friends, (Cruise, Lug Nut and Coup) have been anxiously waiting for the great race to return to their town! Their champion hasn't lost a race in 8 years.
Will Cruise cross the line first, beating his rival? As things start to go wrong, can Cruise find the strength to save the day? Will his secret love distract him? Or will his boss keep him from entering the race?
