Do you need to update your filmware in order to play newer psp games. or this emulator has no effect on playing any psp games

psp is very cool device. I also use it for play games on emulators like SNES 9xTYL, DGEN, gpSP. I also like watch movies on psp, everything running smooth and fast. Great job SONY! :)
