U.S Embassy Berlin Brings Native Americans to the Werner-Stephan-Oberschule in Berlin

Story tellers, Musicians, dancers, Native Americans, who were in Berlin for the ITB, take time out to visit a School in Berlin-Tempelhof. After a moment of silence and a prayer for those who died in the tragic killings the day before, people from various tribes presented different facets of their tradition, and at the end the students of the school took part in a traditional dance.

Seminole Tribe of Florida, Navajo Nation, Three Affilliated Tribes und Keepers of the Sacred Tradition of Pipemakers den ca. 100 Schülern der 9. Und 10. Klassen durch Erzählungen und verschiedene Tanz- und Musikstücke einen lebhaften Eindruck der unterschiedlichen Kulturen und Traditionen. Der Schulbesuch wurde von der Öffentlichkeitsabteilung der US-Botschaft in Berlin organisiert.
