@debunker300 I can agree with that and i appreciate your debate. The fact of the matter is, even if abortion is made illegal woman will still have them done. It's just one of those things that cannot be stopped which is where the bottom line choice comes into play.

@debunker300 he's not charged with murder at all. it is vehicular manslaughter which is very different and a lesser charge than actual homicide. and yes if you read the law the only thing illegal about a vehicular homicide pregnancy is how it was unlawfully terminated.

@SimpleWashingtonian true, and also true - the number of abortions performed for genuine cases of maternal health are infinitesimally small. a woman has a greater chance of winning the lottery than needing an abortion to save her life.

@debunker300 The reason why it is 2 counts of isn't because 2 people were killed. It is because 2 laws were broken. The 1st being killing the mother. the 2nd being the unlawful termination of anothers fetus. An illegal abortion. not a manslaughter charge.

@debunker300 It's not a baby. IT is a fetus that is unwanted due to whatever circumstance. Why do we have birthdays and not conception days? why do we get social security numbers when we're born and not conceived?
