Zangief Standing 720 + Ultra 2 by desk (Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition Gameplay/Commentary)

A little know and little used technique. Demonstrated here in some fairly basic set-ups (vs opponents wake up from hard knockdown and quick rising). There are many other applications, it also has huge advantages over methods involving buffering part/all of the motion in whiffed attacks. The 540/720 is made slightly easier by kara cancelling another special 1 frame before activation. There's full details and a tutorial on standing 720s here
