RIDE APPEARS SLIGHTLY FASTER IN VIDEO THAN IN SIMULATOR
(Yes, I took the name from the K'nex coaster)

Height: 150 feet
Speed: 65 mph
Maximum Positive G-Forces: 4.0 (entry into Top Hat)
Maximum Negative G-Forces: -1.4 (last row exiting MCBR)
Maximum Lateral G-Forces: Don't know, but it stays green

This is actually not supposed to be an X-Car Coaster. This is supposed to be a Premier coaster similar to Sky Rocket at Kennywood.

I made many stupid mistakes while making this ride. I made the ride with Newton 2 and it appeared fine at first. However, I noticed while offride partway into support building that the top of the loop was so narrow the last row of the back seat of the front car basically ended up in the jaw of the riders in the front seat of the back car. I tried to fix this and make the fix as smooth as possible but it still pumps. There appears to be one or two smaller pumps during the ride I couldn't quite fix, but neither are as bad as the loop.

Another mistake was that I was halfway into support-making when I realized I never adjusted the terrain. I didn't want to ruin everything so I stuck with flat land and some trees.

Speaking of supports, if they seem overdone, that's because I tried using photos of Sky Rocket and other Premier coasters for reference. As far as I could tell, Premier's method of support making is throw in whatever works and over support it. I couldn't make heads or tails of the supports on Sky Rocket, so I just guessed while making supports.

The first half is supposed to be more about positive G-forces and after the MCBR it's supposed to be about negative G-forces. The trim brakes on the first drop are on purpose as they are there on Sky Rocket to make looking over the 90 degree drop scarier. Exiting the MCBR in the very back row results in yellow negative Gs. This is intentional. The ride pulls -1.4 G's and from my research, El Toro pulls -1.5 so it's safe.

  • @xtremespeed128 The ride is supposed to be very similar to Sky Rocket at Kennywood, which also has that fairly pointless brake at the top (although this one may be slightly more pointless).

  • Nice coaster, but the brake at the top seems almost pointless.
