The first section is on Happiness and includes an exercise called 'Creating the Perfect Diary', which suggests we invest a few moments each day (59 seconds or less) recording our thoughts about that day's topic.
Monday's is Thanksgiving, which is what this video's about.

Enjoyed your video -- I just discovered Richard Wiseman's 59 Seconds book today (my daughter lives in London and she told me about it). I'm going to get a copy and study it -- I think it might be the "breakthrough" book I've been looking for ... have read several self-help books that didn't help. Still hoping to become more successful than I have been in the past.
