Super Hang On Sample Gameplay

Myself doing a sample play of the 1987 sequel to Hang On called Super Hang-On.

P.S. you might probably hear that i mentioned that it was called Out Run, but since this was a "i make things as i go" type of video, i did this by accident, so do disregard that.

I had this on my Sega Genesis on the "6-PAK" (I think that's how you pronounce it on that cartridge). Sega makes some of the best motorcycle games out there. Now, do you like any of these Sega motorcycle games, if you've played any of these: "Motor Raid", "Manx TT SuperBike", and "Harley-Davidson & L.A. Riders"? Sorry if I'm kind of being off-topic here.

@paulsbuck5 i have the "6 Pak" compilation as well (even though i mostly bought it for Streets of Rage and Revenge of Shinobi) and "Triple Score" which has SHO as well. As for the other sega motorcycle games, i have played all 3 which you have mentioned, the one game i never played was Cool Riders which has the "born to be wild" song. speaking of which, have you ever played Wild Riders?

@figment1988 I've never played "Wild Riders", but I'll have to try that out if I ever see it in an arcade again. It looks kind of like "Comix Zone" and "Harley-Davidson & L.A. Riders" combined. The gameplay might be a little different, though. You know what sucks, is that that the "Fast and the Furious" motorcycle games look like they've sold more units than those legendary motorcycle racers.

@paulsbuck5 true. It's like Comix Zone, Jet Grind Radio (due to it's cel shading animation) and Harley Davidson meets the action cutscenes in both the Dynamite Deka series and Shenmue.

well since you mentioned that game being called Out Run, figment1988, do you notice that the sound effects of the "ready set go" lights right before a race sound just like on OutRun (and Turbo Outrun)?
