Damn impressive. Ive managed to work myself up to 10...i started barely doing 1 lol. If you cant do 1 i recommend you do negatives it worked for me.

impressive ,but the proper form u have to get a little down to the floor to make the push up count.but good work for now :)

5 yours are like 1 normal.....
you need to go down 1 cm from floor....that is real 1 hand pushup

yea i was noticing that too.i think i can do only 1 with my legs at about 6 inches part,but im tired.

Try with your feet together .... Lots of people can do it with legs spred open... way cooler lookin aswell.

instead of starting low to the ground and pushing your body up, start in the more elevated position and go down to the ground as slowly as you can

Ha thanks man, just keep at it. It took me several year and thousands of push ups to get this far.

suggest u do some running..it will give you some endurance. i can do 50 in my right hand and then switch to my left hand and do another 50. with no break...

well that's good for you, i was just starting back up again when i recorded this video so i wasn't at my peak strength/endurance.

how do you do it?
do u keep your body staright or do u gotta kinda twist your body?
cause when i try i always crack my back doing it
my goal is to do at least 20 or more one arm push ups by the end of this summer n 80 reguler or wide push ups i can do 50 push ups
ive been doing swimming n Dumbbell Triceps Extensions push ups and some bench pressing also gotta work on core muscle

if you listen to the audio carefully, you can hear my back crack when i switch from my right arm to my left. it happens all of the time, i just try to not let it bother me.
i used to do around 200-300 push ups every other day to build myself up for this video. also, check out my blog on myspace entitled "motivation".
