This run was 5 minutes long, compared to the usual 3 minutes. This is why there are alot of upside down and balance tricks, I had to fill the time with something! There are some better tricks near the end.

man im 13 years old and you made me realize that oldschool bmx is way better than todays so i paid 800 bucks for a custom 1985 pink gt performer with the legendary skywheel mags, thanks man!!!

man that was kool back in the day i had a trickstar ,haromaster and a redline rl 22!I could do alot of stuff but looking back those tricks are funny looking and weak!But thats the way it was ,it was badass for the time ,I'm thinking about getting me a new bike and ride today after all those years !thats what got me youtubeing flatland

@sk8erdog27 I broke that bike in half not long after this was filmed. Threw it away and bought a Haro master. The Hutch Trickstar didnt even last a year. I could usually get a couple years out of a Haro frame.

@aricept12 Thats because the guy that put on these competitions hired a professional to shoot video of it. Then he would sell us a copy for like $15 or $20. I'm glad these were done. Unfortunately, I did not always buy a video so I dont have all my competitions but i have most.

You know i bet u got kinda frowned upon riding kid bikes back then i think the only ppl now that think its weird is the Police...:) nice video

@MrBSD123 Oh yeah, especially my dad! He hated that I rode "a kids bike". Some people just have preconceived notions about things and there is little you can do to change it.
