Wow, you're right. That is a really obvious SFII clone. They even copied most of the moves.

to this day , I still do not know that they chose the name Jamboree for one of his moves. Aw well sounds good when he does it

i got this game back in April of 1994. I admit i got bored of it by june of 1994. But many years later, i played it again n it was no longer boring, cuse it just brought back too many memories, plus with the code to make this game play faster, i never knew about the code back in 1994, but once i got that code combined with the memories, this game became a personal classic timeless for me.

I loved this game growing up. Don and Leo were my characters

I miss this game. I use Raph, and beat the game on hard. My favorite moment, playing with the Game Genie added.

@MrInfamous1984 Yeah it is. I have no idea why Konami put out such a weak version for the MD. Yes it would never have had the level of colour or sound from the SNES version but it could have had all of the gameplay.

@PERROSKI323 You have to hit the Hard Punch + Hard Kick buttons at the same time when your special meter is filled and flashing. I think the default buttons for that are X+A.

Pretty cool game. I see the resemblance to SF II. Did Mike just shoot a fireball from his mouth? Wtf lol. I think I heard him say dragon breath. Must be from all those pepperoni pizzas he eats lol. Even the bonus rounds are very similar to SF II lol.

Indeed, his projectile comes from his mouth, and it is called Dragon Breath. I think your explanation of its origin seems really likely, LOL.
And yes, the bonus round is pretty much a copy of the brick-breaking bonus round from Street Fighter II.
