Daily Exercise Rx from Siscoe Gym;


EMPHASIS is on GOOD form...NOT on speed.
Please remember, muscles work in BOTH directions!
If you do not perform a CLEAN repetition,
DO NOT count it!

7x deadlifts
7x bent row
7x hang power clean
7x front squat
7x push press
7x back squat
7x push up

7 rounds for time.

Stress controlled movements over ugly reps.
