@MickeyEyez Big/strong guys love kimuras and are usually bad at armbars due to their size. So the big guy was banking on the kimura which is probably his go to move. Plus the bigger the guy is usually translates into slower transitions.

how long did it take him? I think BJ Penn and Fowler were pretty close no? I remember going to one of Glover's seminar in Bakersfield. Worth every penny.

bj and mike were older and got their's faster. my point was that jeff was the youngest in age when he got his. he has since been superceded by ricky lundell.

when jeff glover was awarded his BJJ black belt he was the youngest american ever to receive one. there is nothing about BJJ i can teach jeff. however, from him i have learned a lot.
