I got an email from smittydiesel, his youtube video is called (New Gymnastic Rings Training - Powerful Core Training - Strong Shoulders and Back) so i decided to make my own version awesome exercise. the first time i did it, my forearms and shoulders where burning after 2 sets of 20 reps and 5 pull ups in-between
