it has a dana 35 out of a 1990 ranger which has the same u-joints as the 1977 f-250 I have, engine is stock 2.9L and I have 4.88 gears in it. The axles and u-joints and hubs are the same ones that were in it when I built it 3 years ago!

I hate that.. I got stuck between 2 ruts and rocked and rocked and ended up blowing up 3 gears in my tranny at 150 a pop.. All at the same time.. So $450 later, I don't put so much effort into rocking anymore.. ha ha
