Suffocation Ep 9

I got home, changed, and headed for Shantelles party. As I got there early, I noticed Emmas car parked and Lucys right next to it. The girls are all back together, I thought as I got in the house with a smile.

Shantelle: THERE YOU ARE! Asher told me he ran into you!
Me: Yeah! He did *puts sodas down* I cant believe V Factory are the "surprise guys" *laughs*
Emma: Well, we thought since their all pretty cute...
Lucy: And Asher TOTALLY thinks youre cute...
Me: WAIT! Asher thinks IM cute!?
Shantelle: YES! He told us today!
Me: Really!?!
Girls: YES!
Me: *shocked* What should I do!?
Lucy: Flirt with him!?
Me: But Im not a flirt!
Shantelle: ... Thats how you got Travis...
Me: *rolls eyes* But he was also a flirt! And still is!
Emma: *laughs* Dont worry! Just talk and be yourself!
Me: I like Emmas answer haha

We all talked for a little till everyone started coming over. As we turn up the music, we played Hot Mess by Cobra Starship (love that song :P) and everyone was dancing. I ran into the kitchen to get something to drink and saw Lucy on the counter while JJ was standing as they talked.

Me: Whoa, sorry am I interrupting something?
Lucy: *laughs* Nope ha have you talked to Asher yet?!
JJ: Asher...? Asher Book?
Lucy: *sarcastic* No the other Asher sweetie, Of course Asher Book!
JJ: Heyyy... I just wasnt sure!
Me: *laughs* No I havent yet... Are you sure he likes me? Hes talking to all the other girls... Who are they anyways?
Lucy: Ohhh.. Theyre "friends" of Travis.
JJ: Dont worry, most of them have boyfriends. Wait, why does she have to talk to Asher?
Lucy: Cause he likes her! JJ, sometimes youre so clueless... *sighs*
JJ: OHHHHHHHHHH! I get it!
Me: Shhh! I dont want him walking in and were all talking about it!
Asher: *walks in* Who are we talking about?
Me: *surprised* NO ONE!
Lucy: Well, that was convenient...
Asher: Okayy? Hey, Camille ummm, can I talk to you outside?
Me: Yeah, of course! *follows him, but gets pulled back by Lucy*
Lucy: *whispers* Have funnnn, but not TOO much funnn! *giggles*
Me: Very funny Lucy! *laughs, goes outside, and sits down* Soooo
Asher: *stills standing and looking up* Hows life been? I havent talked to you since... well earlier. Ha
Me: *laughs* Yeahhh... lifes... interesting?
Asher: *nods* Cool cool...
Me: Just wanted some fresh air huh?
Asher: *looks down and sits* Yeah, and I wanted to just hang out with someone special *smiles*
Me: *blushes* And Im the special someone??
Asher: *sarcastic* Nope, I just couldnt find that special someone.
Me: *playfully hits him* Shut up!
Asher: *laughs* I was kidding!!!

-Inside-
Travis: *looks around* Emma, wheres Camille?
Emma: Uh, I think shes outside. Why?
Travis: *holding something behind his back* Oh, just looking for her...
Emma: Check outside kay?
Travis: Got it *smiles and waits awhile*

-Back outside-
It seemed like Asher and I talked for hours when it was only a few minutes. I got up to stretch, but he immediately pulled my leg, causing me to fall. I laughed as I lied there in the grass and slapped his leg screaming, "Dude, that hurt! But it was funny! Haha" Asher just laughed and lied next to me as I looked up at the stars. After a little bit, I looked over at him and noticed how close he was to me... I wanted to kiss his cheek, I wanted to cuddle with him under the stars, I wanted to be his girl, but something told me not too... and that was my mind...

-Travis POV-
I started walking outside to find Camille. I know I told her something earlier, but after she left, I couldnt stop thinking about her. As she left my house, I realized what I did... and what I shouldve done... I needed her... and she was my everything.
