MEXICO CITY, Mexico. Nearly two weeks after the A flu epidemic officially broke out (April 23rd 09), the suspected birthplace of the virus is coming back to life. Panhandlers and traffic jams have made their way back to the avenues of Mexico City. Meanwhile hospitals around the country are seeing a decrease in the number of people being admitted with possible cases of the h1n1. The government claims that the situation is now under control, if not fully stabilized. But Mexicans remain on high alert.
