Back from the grave and just getting distributed around. For those of you who might know of a site called Vmix, Corey had his video up on there in one piece till some idiot deleted it. Luckily, someone saved it and reuploaded it to Vmix. Now to save people the trouble of getting a program to extract files from Vmix, I've simply uploaded the video here on YouTube where you can easily download the files. If you request the entire thing, I can upload it to a free file host site such as MegaUpload in the future.

****** VIDEO INFORMATION ******

In part two of this video, Corey talks to you and demonstrates the following:
• Butterfly Slides
• Positioning
• When to use certain techniques
****** END OF VIDEO INFORMATION ******

Besides that, check out my other videos, enjoy and I hope you learn something from this!

  • what is the c cut

  • A C-cut is when you are skating and your legs make a C motion going backwards and forwards. This move isn't used much by players as they tend to push their legs from side to side, and cross-cut when going backwards, but for goalies, it is an vital tool used.

@ lolkid5000: yeah, the video was out of sync for some reason =P

  • Great video! How much of this translates over to roller hockey? Thanks

  • im liking this guys videos. its good advice

  • dude ur leaning back stay up keep ur body up and straight

  • this guy is awesome - I feel like I should be paying for this gold. Anyway - thx 4 the instruction-i'm a novice coach and my goalie is doing great!

  • Stretch, work out and get your thighs and legs extremely powerful and flexible. When you have strong, flexible legs, you have the flexibility to get to that wide stance, and the strength to hold it.

    Hope that helps.

  • how tall are you

  • I had to learn c cuts years ago, I hated it ,But it was great for fast retreat back to net ,etc

    shane
