  • even I gotta make something like this. what was the tool length used? do you have any design that you used for making the tool?

  • @rajan3able just winged it, tapered a 3/8 rod down to 1/4

  • is the tool steel ?? also what is the shape of the tool like?

  • @rajan3able the tool is hardened O1 tool steel with a .25 ballnose

  • Man... U're unreal... amazing...

  • Thanks, I moved on from this for a while, too boring.

  • hossmachine - you sound like the guy from the simpsons - you do his voice ?

  • Man, you really do know how to keep us surprised...very nice, no matter the INITIAL result, we all know you'll improve it.

  • I have a 3 Ghz Pentium 4, makes a big difference.

Mach 3 is great, the standard version is simpler,

I have modified mine quite a bit.

  • Surfing whilst machining. Showoff! Im using

turbo cnc and I cant even touch the mouse while executing code or it looses steps. Im running an old 386 though. Looks like I need to up grade.

    Mach looks intimidating though.
