Hampton Court Ghost~ Theres been a lot of speculation over this footage, Is it a ghost..? Or does it have a more down to earth explanation such as a tour guide in period costume?

Doesn't need to attract tourist as that place is always busy with ppl all the time and they have had cameras going on for years this is the first time they have spotted this ghost but there is alot of strange things that goes on in that place whether u believe it or not
