This song reminds me of how many people didnt like me because I grew up being a little bit on the heavy side I just look at them like really. tell you the truth there has been times where I wish I said "One of these days your gonna love me"

As I re-read my post of 3 months ago (lots of typos), but I feel exactly the same. Funny, when I go to search for this song, I never recall the title. I absolutely love it, as it still brings back a flood of memories............and still hurts. Thanks.

I believe this was the first video premiered on You Tube, before it was actually played on CMT or the US equivilant. Love it.

This song came out around the time my Mother passed away in '97. Unfortunately she lead a troubled life and didn't high much love for herself and could nolt demonstrate any love toward her 7 children. She lived to be 70, and raised her children alone mostly as my Dad passed when he was 43. Such a sad song, yet I love hearing it. Makes me think of my Mother, whom I forgive for any hurts she caused me, and I hope she forgives me as well. Thanks.
