The video is not terrible because its of a martial arts legend. Just because YOU dont like Bruce Lee, doesnt mean the video is terrible. The description describes exactly what this video is about so its not a terrible description at all.

It DOES prove something because some people actually claim to see TWO kicks in REGULAR speed!

This video slows everything down to prove that only ONE kick is caught on camera.
