@fuzzywzhe I was trained in nuclear radiological defense. You seem to not understand that nuclear warheads come in multiple sizes depending on the mission. Nuclear weapons can be deployed in a way that radioactive fallout is minimized through the use of low yield air bursts to target an EMP attack on smaller geographical areas. The same is true for ground bursts as well.
Israel could decisively target all of their enemies with very little risk to their own population.
