花肉做酱的，只有嫌麻烦和小气的餐厅才用肉馅，这两种东西的区别 可能你看着就是fat的区别，但是味道会有很大区别也；再者炸酱 本来就需要很多油，他又是大厨，肯定大手笔用惯了，所以做得更加 油，但是正经来说，一定要肥瘦肉丁才好吃 -
