花肉做酱的,只有嫌麻烦和小气的餐厅才用肉馅,这两种东西的区别 可能你看着就是fat的区别,但是味道会有很大区别也;再者炸酱 本来就需要很多油,他又是大厨,肯定大手笔用惯了,所以做得更加 油,但是正经来说,一定要肥瘦肉丁才好吃 -

Are you saying that it's better to use the belly instead? How does using minced meat instead make people "lazy" or "cheap"? The belly is as cheap as minced meat.
