Oblivion: Get All Sigil Stones At Once W/ Wizard's Tower!

This tutorial shows you how to get all of your level's Sigil stones AT ONCE, using an addon called The Wizard's Tower. In the game itself the location is "Frostcrag Spire"..

In the video, I make a few mentions via annotation to check out this description for certain notes --

Note 1: You can actually make the fall without leveling up if you can turn to the side and go out the door on your way down. I was actually able to do it, off camera, later on -- so it does work.

Note 2: I would actually advise being at least level FIVE, because many of the enchantments like Shield and Chameleon won't total to 100% unless you've gotten that level or higher, since you can only wear 9 different pieces of armor at once.. (two rings, amulet, shield, helmet, pants, shoes, shirt, and gauntlets). See the link below for a chart on what level equals what effect strength..

Note 3: I've tried doing this trick multiple times on the same account to see if it could be done more than once, but with mixed results. After I finished the main quest, it doesn't seem to work anymore -- but I'm not sure for what reason. It'll need to be tested further for different possibilities.

Note 4: You can only pick up the Mace of Doom once. If you try the trick again, there won't be another Mace of Doom to pick up again.

Note 5: I was finally able to do it, but it took quite a few tries to twist myself to the side and land just so that the guy brushes up against the door close enough to exit without hitting the ground. You don't take any damage once you're outside, but you'll be super encumbered.

do you have to do a quest when you buy it?

@doctorzoom1 - After getting it and loading to your system, within 24-hrs game time, you'll get a pop-up window saying "check it out, I just inherited a tower" and you can instantly fast travel there. I don't think there's any real quests, but there are various things to buy for it or locate in order to use features in the tower. Google "uesp wizard's tower" (without quotes) and pick the first result for better info..

what exactly are the sigil stones used for?

@iseethewholeworld - They are used by daedra to keep open an Oblivion gate, and used by those of us who steal them from the towers inside the gates to enchant an item (sword, armor) with a magic property. You can enchant stuff without Sigil stones, but you have to be skilled enough and have access to all the necessary equipment first. With Sigil stones, no particular skill or equipment is necessary.

I have GOTY Edition for X360 - Can I do it for something like....Shivering Isles (I havn't bothered with Knights of the Nine.)

@TheDeathbreeze - I haven't tried it for any other DLC, to be frank. It would probably take all day to just run around and randomly save in places and experiment -- Shivering Isles is a gigantic land area =/
