454LTD Kawasaki Chopper First startup 454

Just got it all together. Wiring harness freshly built only to find that it needs the starter fixed. Sounds mean! It was only reving to about 4 or 5 grand here, and she red lines at 10,000rpm!
Its almost 60hp, 10.5:1 compression, 6 speed,and only weighs 300lbs!

words cannot describe how bad ass those are, only one problem.. I am not talented enough to make my own.

@tmh004 they are not too hard to make. Had to pie slice the stock pipes to get a littel different curve to get the high angle, and I had to move the muffler mounts up higher on the frame.

I have explained the pipes twice already.

I built them. out of pipe, a welder, and a grinder.

you want some bad ass cocktail shaker upswept true dual exhaust on your 454? Do what I did.

Build them.

@tmh004 They are some oldschool cocktail shaker mufflers and the rest of the pipes I built myself. The bike has had quite a bit of structural modifications.
