Dr. Sherman Silber brought the Osada procedure to the United States. This unique procedure used to treat massive endometriosis was developed by the Japanese infertility doctor Yoshihito Osada. Dr. Silber explains and demonstrates the Osada procedure and discusses the use of this procedure as an alternative to a hysterectomy in the treatment of endometriosis.

  • I think its time to consider the operation my pain has grown worse and the length of my cycles have grown normal for me would be two weeks but lately its been a month or longer like last month i started on the 7th it ended on the 10th of the next month and started again on the 18 and today is the 27th and looks like its gonna be around for a while. I was sent home from work i was vomiting all over the pharmacy not a pretty picture im so tired!

  • You doctors are amazing!

  • @jennyfur1488 no reason to freak out. Im 21 and i have it, it runs in my family. it can be very painful though. though it may not be wise at your age pregnancy seems to cause the endometriosis to vanish. atleast in my family thats the case, we get prego and its gone for good. they have recently done studies and found that endometriosis is a hormone based issue, so that may be why pregnancy "cures" it.

  • @jennyfur1488 im 19 too and i found out i have endometriosis at 17 after 7 years of suffering. yes it sucks but youll feel alot better putting a name to your symptoms! good luck during your diagnosis

  • I'm 19 and they think i have it, I'm freaking out ! ! !
