Australian Army Sikorsky Black Hawk Excercise over NSW Police Heradquarters, Parramatta

An Australian Army Sikorsky Black Hawk carries out a training excercise over the NSW Police Headquarters building at 1 Charles Street, Parramatta, New South Wales.
Although not confirmed, the Army had been carrying out what looked to be a similar excercise throught Sydney and including Parramatta months earlier. That previous excercise I was told involved the planting of small radiation vials, and for the Black Hawk crew to locate them.

Radiation vials? Rubbish. It's simply contiual inner city familirisation training that they do around all the major Eastern cities throughout the year as part of hostage rescue training.

Ok, the ADF must have got their facts wrong when I was there early this year when I was there meeting with friends. That is what they told me they were doing then, so I just assumed this was a similar excercise, as stated. I do apologise on behalf of them for providing me with inaccurate information, and I will certainly be conveying this corrected information from you A525 to people I know who are senior members within the ADF.

How could a Maj. Gen. & Lt. Col. be so wrong!

Whilst an exercise took place on April 27 and May 29 2010 involving the ADF and radioactive materials for detection and location it did not involve Blackhawks and nor did it involve any of the activity filmed here which is, bog standard CBD navigation and loiter training.
