This is actually not makeup people it's a tattoo that look like makeup. If you get this done as a teenager (and im not saying you should, I wont) than it mean less makeup and makeup is what makes you look old. My mom got this done when she was my age (15) still a bit noticeable but it's kinda faded cause she rubs her eyes a lot. She is now 38 she barely wears makeup. And she look like she's At least 24.
