This video is a visual interpretation of one person's true story of how he coped with anger. Anger a healthy emotion experienced by everyone, but it can also be a difficult emotion to express and manage. In this video, the teen expressed his anger through violent - kicking holes in the walls, smashing windows and zone out for periods.

After much reading and working on his anger, he found a way to manage and express the intense emotion, and started a journal.
