@rub23n Yeah. that's true. I'm from Turnu Severin, Romania and I've heard this song in 1987, or 1988 at the Radio Susret Beograd. Serbian people were extremly opened to the west values (music, fashion, habitudes, brands) then romanians, and because of that we were listening the newest music at the serbian radio. Jiveli! Indeed, the lyrics of this song is in romaninan...

Imi amintesc ca atunci cand am auzit piesa asta (cred ca prin 87 sau 88), nu mi-a venit a crede... Nu se putea auzi asa ceva la noi, dar sarbii transmiteau ultimul top prin radio, iar noi (la Severin) il inregistram si il propagam (chiar daca apareau acele juingle-uri pe la mijlocul melodiei). Asa ajungeau in discoteci ulimele noutati...

Thank you so much for posting all of this, i remember waking myself up at midnight back in 1987 to listen to 3rrr in Melbourne, Australia to listen to the flying show, all industrial and agripo electronic, this is what inspired my love of all forms of electronic music.
