Partially filmed on location at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Nashville, TN. The "Family Mausoleum" is not an actual Mausoleum but is, rather, a Civil War museum of sort on the grounds of Mt. Olivet. This video was based on a television show hosted by Rod Serling titled *Night Gallery.* The episode upon which this video is based was the premier episode titled *The Cemetery* and featured Roddy McDowell as the Nephew. It was truly frightening.

  • good job

  • Thank you very much, DrewAnti1960. Thank you for the comment and glad you enjoyed it.

  • UR da man!! I was watching about a couple of months ago this very episode! Excellent interpretation, (loved the "PhotoShop" part, Haha, the original had Porter paying an artist to paint I think 15 different aspects of that painting.) I would love to see a whole series on "Night Gallery!"

Come on man, UR the only one who can do it!!

  • Glad you liked it, Dave. I have the entire first season of NG on DVD. However, after watching them all there were only two episodes that I thought were frightening.

  • This was very well done! The suspense keeps you riveted through the entire video!

Nice touch adding the photoshop skills! hahaha

  • Great to see you back, Rhonda9! The original story had a painting that changed and the uncle was buried in a regular grave. The painting changed to show the dirt out of the grave then a casket standing upright in the grave then the casket open, etc. Well, I can't paint so I used photographs instead and I could not very well go dig up a grave so I put the uncle in a mausoleum.

  • Thank you, Maiyanna. I could never find anyone willing to be in my videos (lol) so I have always just played all parts, unfortunately, hence, I have collected a few wigs to assist in distinguishing different characters. Hehe, I would rather someone else play all these parts. I the first season of Night Gallery on DVD. "The Cemetery" is still my favorite episode and you are correct - they do not make shows like that any longer.

  • Very good! The Blagojevich wig was the part that frightened me the most. LOL :)

I remember that episode of Night Gallery, they don't make shows like that anymore.
