Vic's Dove Joke Strikes Again

Funny clip from the Shooting Stars series two Christmas special, where Bob steals Vic's limelight... or does he?

Throughout the entire second series and a few occasions in later episodes, during the Dove from Above round, Vic would attempt to amuse by telling a terrible joke. Every episode's flat gag resulted in silence, broken only by the sound of a howling wind and a distant tolling bell. Usually a tumbleweed would roll across the floor, but other times the failed joke has been accompanied by some walking-wounded soldiers, a crying baby in a pram, and a dog walking into the middle of the set and 'dying'.
