@hojak88 Yeah cops here are pretty cool. They still bust you, but they aren't macho dicks about it. Ive been busted speeding a few times and it was all smiles and manners. No-ones shot or threatened because no-one here is the kind of person to take on cops, aside from the Yakuza, who are usually left alone unless its a massive operation.

@neckarsulme Funny you should say that about the people who invented the Nissan GTR and Hayabusa. Japan is a very nice place to live. Most cops don't even carry guns, you don't screw with the cops, and there is hardly any crime in the first place. If you lost your driver's license it would be a minor thing, because there are busses and trains that run on time and go everywhere. Be almost like losing a fishing license: cars are mostly Sunday vehicles for people with extra cash.
