I guess we may say that people in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway all speak pretty good English. The British speak it the best of course since they're the native speakers. Personally I think it's useless to question which people speak it better or worse from these countries. Not everybody within one country develops the same skills at the same level. Some will speak it better and some will speak it less better. So what, many of us speak it well enough.

Lol, actually Belgians have a much better accent when they speak English.
