At an Apple press event, Apple CEO Steve Jobs announces the iPad. The new mobile device is a half-inch thin and weighs 1.5 pounds. It's powered with a 1GHz Apple A4 chip and comes with 802.11n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. The new device plays movies, music, TV shows, and acts as an e-reader.

Hey guys i havea question please reply im a 13 year old girl and i really like technology, for my birthday no one knows what do get me so i usually just get money around 400-800 ( please no rude replys saying im spoiled i just know alot of people) and im debating whether or not i should buy and ipad 2 ( i already have an ipad 1) a blackberry torch, iphone 4 or an ipod touch 4 gen since i dont have an ipod touch .. The phone i currently have is a blackberry bold 9000 but its really old now .. Ok
