This is my 55g. It is the tank in need of the most work. It is over crowded and incomplete but my video explains my future plans. My favorite part of the hobby is building onto what I have and seeing my fish and other critters enjoy the changes. Someday I hope to have a fish room with all my tanks set up nicely. Then maybe I will get into breeding or something, but until then I use what I have.

In this tank: Tango the albino tiger oscar and Mace the tiger oscar. Also Scarlett the female RES

  • I would break them up between several tanks between 55-75g. If the oscars are young you may be able to get away with housing them together for now. But once they mature you have to be ready to house them all separate if they don't get along. You could try them in a large tank like a 150 or 200 but if they didnt all get along you would have to buy another tank or rehome some fish. Good luck

  • Well honestly I would do at least a 50% water change once a week. Its really not a good situation to be in. My oscars started fighting really badly right after this video and I had to separate them. Since this video I was able to trade for a 100g to replace this 55g. Now I have one oscar and two turtles in the 100g. I will be posting a new vid shortly.
