@Finnzmama Why isn't this the official recipe... my want me to make them a cocktail for a b-day party,I'm wondering if I can upgrade the quantity without "changing" the cocktail's taste and alcohol C°..
Can I mix 400ml, 100ml of cran juice... ?
it's be super complicated to make all these steps for each one of the cocktails..
anyways please if u have any advices, share them please !

@Skyfighter89 normally on a regular basis most bars use both citron vodka and lime juice as ingredients but believe it or not, traditionally cosmopolitans weren't as "pink" as they are now which is caused by the lime contrasting with the cranberry juice colour. they were actually red till they were popularized in the 80's. citron vodka however has no sour taste to it. just the hint of the lemon flavour. I quite frankly use normal distilled vodka but its up to you, cheers

@thekrakenism hey thanks for your answer. I use absolut citron for my cosmo. should I use unflavoured vodka?

1 1/2oz. good brand Vodka
1 1/2oz. Cointreau
1 1/2oz. Cranberry Juice
Juice of a 1/4 lime or 2 to 3 wedges
fill mixing glass with LARGE ice cubes
Shake the mixture a little longer and harder than you normally shake your other cocktails
This works for me every time and I never got a sour taste from this recipe.
If it still is too sour for you, add 1/2oz. cointreau OR subtract 1/2oz. cranberry
Good luck
