    馬鈴薯含油脂極少,100 公克新鮮馬鈴薯約只含油脂0.1 公克,水份約70 公克,其他大部分是澱粉。

    所以飛利浦原廠的說明書中也建議"氣炸"新鮮馬鈴薯條時,「加半­湯匙油,可增加美味」。如果是炸冷凍馬鈴薯條時則不必,因為超市­賣的冷凍馬鈴薯條,事先在油中預炸過了。

    原文如下:

    For fresh fries, add half a table spoon of oil for extra taste.

    Frozen fries are normally precooked in oil.

    薯條本身就有油脂了吧。

    自己用過烤箱做洋芋片,還不錯就是了。
