@locsman yep, a few people will try to ask you for money and because of there persistence it acutally seems like its more than it acutally was, these guys r not dangerous there just annoying

@MrOuninpohja most places you go in jamaica you are safe, there are few places in kingston that you will have to stay far from, doesn't matter what ethnicity you are. The only problems that you may have if your travelling alone is a few people asking you for money, this also has nothing to do with your ethnicity but the fact that they think you may have to spare.....the real jamaica is an oasis of cultural diversity her impact on the world is undeniable. enjoy jamaica when you come

yes ochi.bwoy was i hassled when i went there no end.its such a shame that as a tourist you need the protection of your tour operator's.They would advise you to not to venture out on your own.
