Notebooks, every time I have a new idea, I have to buy a new notebook. [Like with your workout/ treadmill excuse, I would have had to buy a notebook for it]. What is up with that? I have always been this way, but the joy of being an adult (but still a child, 23) is that I can indulge this passion with no contest.

Also, my pencil case is always overstufffed with at least 4 colorful sharpie pens, 3 hilighters, many different pilot pens, a few different whiteouts, a sharpie marker, gel pens, Dixon Ticonderoga pencils, and alot more. It scares me how much I have, because I also have 4 pencil cups on my desk

Same thing here! I buy waaaaay too many, and I think that if staples closed I would just be an empty thing flopping around. Or at least I would feel like that inside.

Haha, buying office supplies just gives me a satisfiying feeling! I write books, too and whenever i start a new one, I always have to go out, buy more supplies, and clean up my working area because it gives me a clean slate and i feel more organized once i actually start outlining and writing my current book!
