@OSSBBP I guess that makes since, but I'll thought gear heads liked foxbodies because they are so light. Now-a-days many of them have gm small blocks because that old "5.0" can't hold up to the added power and subsequent abuse. But yea, the rear ends are solid. and even today a fresh paint job on a foxbody will turn heads.

This video doesnt make sense, how do you have a 1.2 second reaction time and run 9 seconds in a car that has a 14.2 second quarter mile time stock and your saying its stock.

@Jharp82 your right but at the same time any gearhead knows that the reason the fox bodys were so great is that they were cheap and easy to mod and came with a beautiful 8.8" rear axle that was ready for anything you wanted to do to it. but yes stock absoulutely nothing impressive and the suspension very lacking.

@robukrules The 302 you're eluding to is actually 4.942 liters NOT 5.0 and the number just don't add up. Stock for stock a fox body mustang with "5.0" can't even compete with most V6 front wheel drive sedans on the market today. here's a few examples. Accord, Camry, Altima, Impala SS, Taurus SHO, Maxima. and before you tell me I'm crazy go look up 0-60 and 1/4 mile times. The look at the power these cars make compared to the 200hp the stock fox body made
