Happy Easter - Free Egg-A-Thon From Cadbury Spots v Stripes

The Egg-A-Thon Story:

Last summer Sally Manning saw her (games designer) husband's entry into the Cadbury Spots v Stripes PocketGame competition and reasoned she could do better.

From almost 100 entries a panel of gaming judges shortlisted hers as one of 10 finalists which a public vote whittled down to 2. 12,000 prototypes of each were made and sent out across the country in a special 'Matterbox' for intensive play testing.

Thousands played Egg-A-Thon & Flick Racer and voted for their favourite and at the end of 2010 Spotty Sally's Egg-filled board game finally emerged as the winner.

So now we're making at least 20,000 of a developed version of the game, sending them out to willing players and asking them to help us refine the rules as we continue playing our way towards London 2012.

We're giving away the first 5,000 via Facebook this weekend, the first 4,000 to apply will all be guaranteed one whilst all subsequent entrants will be included in a random draw for the remaining 5,000. (UK & Ireland only Ts&Cs apply)
