Digital Overlays on a short video

Just testing out some digital overlays on a short piece of video. The data is taken my garmin and applied to the video using an application that someone else developed. All credit goes to them.

What's the software/process for doing this? Looks cool - I'd like to add the speedo/elevation to my vids.

@sh4rkybloke It's something someone else is developing, not my application so i can't share it and i'm just testing it for him. Also it's mac only.

mac only is a fail when there's so many standards that can be shared between platforms. Get him on that quick! Looks good apart from that.

They look more like analog overlays to me ;).

Anyway I've been looking around for software which will do exactly that, I've even considered trying to make it myself. Any idea if it will be for sale or open sourced? A windows or linux version would be nice as I don't have a macbook :(

I'd want to import from a different device but I could easily knock together a little routine to chuck out the appropriate XML.
