basically i do 5 sets of this circuit i take a 1 minute break in between each set. i do 10 chin ups. then right after i time myself for 50 throws of an 8 lb medicine ball into the wall. good for explosion. and then i do 6 reps of 70 lb dumbbell presses. after this i do three other circuits, which i will be putting up soon. i weigh 146lbs 6ft tall and 16 yrs old looking to become a junior bodybuilder. any competitions you would know of in Ohio for this let me know!

  • i play baseball and i'm a pitcher....so i don't wanna go too deep and hurt my shoulders. thats why my form may be not perfect! but i'd rather not go down all the way than put tension on my rotater cuff and what not. i pitch mid 80s so i got a shot at going somewhere later. ill be postin videos of me pitching soon enough!!
