Debatet e shumëpërfolura mes kryetares se kuvendit Jozefina Topalli dhe kreut te bashkise Lulezim Basha shfaqen hapur ne ceremoninë mortore te pretendentit për fronin mbretëror Leka Zogu i Pare. Përplasjet mes tyre kane ndodhur larg kamerave, ne hollin e parlamentit gjate homazheve te zhvilluara për Leka Zogun e Pare.

Para arkivolit te mbuluar nga flamuri kuq e zi dhe mbi te kapelia e veshjes mbretërore, kane mbajtur fjalën katër klerikë te feve ne Shqipëri dhe kryebashkiaku Lulezim Basha.
