SPLITS training: bend & flex blend; hamstring & hip openers, body balancing & back bending building flexibility & open shoulders with "open" mind.

Half handstand to split inversion prep using wall for resistance & weights to enhance the stretch.

E's "standard" wall method to stretch & strengthen body with recent addition of small weighted wraps to ankles, hands & wrists.
Feel increase in energy along with improved stamina, especially after weights are removed!

Intelligent system using bodyweight as resistance for fit, fun & healthy active lifestyle as body is aging -works for me.
No need for bulky equipment or machines here.

"Amped" up action of abs & core to control momentum and prevent injury from over extending joints.

Self motivated female, fitness conscious, yoga minded student with home workout practice, proactive to improve balance, flexibility and strength.

  • Amazing - your inverted split looks like a perfect 180 degrees with only those tiny weights (and a little gravity) to pull you into position. Nice.
