Porsche Quicker? "NOT", when TOP GEAR tested the two Jeremy took R8 than lost against Stig in Porsche, but when Stig took R8 Jeremy in Porsche lost the same distance from the R8 as previously done by Porsche, cars are the same power except R8 is so much more better.

Does it really matter which is quicker? Both are way faster than 99.9% of the people buying either are ever going to take them.

@jamesjr934 Very true but they are two products directly competeing with one another, and only one product will come out on top. I happen to think the Turbo will it's far better established than the R8 and it's not as flash, it's marginly cheaper and probably more reliable. For the money of the R8 you might as well buy an entry level Gallardo, I mean they're basically the same and who's gonna choose a Audi over a Lambo. I do prefer the R8 to the Turbo though, cos it's prettier and its got a V10.

Audi focuses at every category in car manufacturing products...and they did the best job ever done in car producers....so many new models and so many sales through a crisis..

Its a fact and everyone thats ever driven one knows it. Even Richard Hammond, the biggest 911 fanboy in the world liked the R8 over the 911.

the Porsche is better looking, faster, and more expensive. The respect you would receive from the porsche badge alone says it all.  The quality of a Porsche's and benz are unmatchable and that is why they cost more than audi.

@carGT222 On what planet is the R8 ugly. It looks like a TT from the future, and the TT is already a very pretty car! The R8 is just like the LP560-4 Gallardo, the best looking car ever made. And the Turbo is definitely the prettiest 911 ever, I know that's not saying much though.
