You forgot Nolan Ryan as pitcher smart one.

Frank Howard was a helluva hitter in his time but he did all of the damage as a Washington Senator. He was only with the Rangers for a short time in 1972. Give the other outfield spot to Tom Grieve or Jeff Burroughs.
