Not to mention the beneficial flavonoids (plant pigments which defeat the diabolical free radicals) and lower amounts of caffeine relative to that, eh, bean-derived beverage. And there's the substantial medical research supporting lowered LDL blood cholesterol and triglycerides. Now for research on crumpets versus scones...
